"Customer states that unit isnt cooling well. Ice cubes had thawed and froze together in clumps. When this occurs they are not able to dispense ice or water. It is currently operating as it should. The freezer evaporator fan is running, the condenser fan is running, the compressor is running, the air damper is open and allowing air flow. Amp draw of the compressor is 1 amp. It is warm to touch but not currently overheating. The control is not sensing the freezer door closed. This will shut down the dispenser, and the evaporator fan. If the evaporator fan isnt running the unit wont cool properly. The unit needs the main control under warranty and both door switches. Upper spray arm fell off. Reseated upper spray arm. Inspected the plastic nut and the tabs on the plastic nut all look good. Reinstalled the spray arm and you could hear the nut click in position. Did show the customer did hear it click in.

Customer states that unit isnt spinning out very well. Clothes are damp still and they have to run drain/spin to get them spun out. Checked control for error codes. Found F0E3 overload error. Ran diagnostics cycle to test. Unit is not agitating properly. Entire basket is moving when it agitates. Inspected underside and found the clutch assembly broken. Unit isnt shifting from spin to agitate. This caused the overload error and spin issues. Unit wont spin to full speed with overload error. Replaced clutch assembly and ran to test. Unit is agitating and spinning as it should. All ok. ; used 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock
