Customer states that unit squeaks in final spin when slowing down. Inspected the drive pulley and found signs of belt wear/slip. Pulley has large amount of oil on it. Cleaned oil of drive pulley and idler pulley. Installed new belt and ran to test. Unit has a worn bearing that is making noise. Transmission has leaked its oil out and wore the bearings out. Due to the age of the machine and the likelihood that parts will break when removing I am ordering everything. The drain pump is also noisy and stalls out. "Customer states that unit makes a squeal/vibration noise when the unit heats up. Ran the test and noise is coming from the motor area. Replaced the idler and ran to test again. Idler had shown signs of overheating, and may have been locking up. Ran unit and it still makes noise when tumbling. Noise is coming from internally in the motor. Unit need a motor and blower wheel.; ordrng 1 W11549461 (Drive motor) and 1 697772 (Blower wheel), used 1 W10837240 (Idler brackey) from stock"

Customer states that unit sounds labored in agitation. No excessive loads or overloading. The unit isnt level. Leveled unit and ran agitation test. Unit is noisy in agitation with a load in it. Agitator is tight but has large amount of movement. Inspected transmission and found excessive end play. This is why the unit is noisy in agitation. Unit needs transmission assembly. Customer is speaking to the retailer about exchanging the unit. Ordering parts; ordrng 1 WH03X33729 (Transmission assembly)
