"Customer states that the unit intermittently wont power on. They unplug the unit, plug it back in, and it operates fine. Inspected the power cord and found the ground strap not connected properly. Secured power cord and checked voltage. Voltage at the unit is correct. Removed console to inspect main pcb. No signs of loose or broken wires. Unit is functioning as it should. Unable to duplicate concern. If issue reoccurs the unit will need the main pcb and the user interface."

Checked voltage to the unit and it is correct. Temp sensor reads good at room temperature but is most likely out of range the hotter it gets. Verified both elements are good and not shorted. Installed new temperature sensor and ran to test. Oven is heating as it should. Obtained the average temperature and calibrated the control to the new sensor.
