Customer purchased the unit at the beginning of the year and immediately noticed the top rack in the upper oven kept getting stuck and you could not pull the rack out. Issue gets worse if the unit is preheated. Customer had unit replaced by GE a few weeks ago and they are having the same issue. Photos and video taken of issue. Once the top rack in the top oven is pushed all the way in for the door to close it takes several strong pulls in order to slide the rack forward resulting in scratches to the linear and rack. All other racks in the lower oven work without issue. Called GE techline and advised of the issues. Case number 09579937.

I advised the customer it was most likely due to the door not closing properly and allowing water to leak out through the sides of the door. Shut a down after about 15 or so minutes and would not start back up. This is due to the overload in the motor tripping because the unit overheating. Inspected unit and found the unit making a loud rattling noise from running. Took it apart and found blower wheel filled with lint. Lint was also gathering more heavily on one side causing the unit to go off balance. Cleaned the lint out and informed customer. Talked with customer about replacing blower wheel with updated part. Customer declined repair.
