Inspected unit and found the drain pump working but the water not draining out very well. Was able to get unit drained out enough to take off the front panel and open the drain filter. Found the drain filter partially clogged. Removed clog and made sure unit would drain. All checks ok.

Unit is 7 years old in kitchen. Customer states that the unit isnt washing the dishes. Ran diagnostics cycle and the motor isnt running. No error codes. No signs of broken or burnt wires. No loose connections at the board. Inspected and found the wash motor shorted. It is getting correct voltage but not moving. The unit needs the sump assembly. ; ordrng 1 W10605057 (Sump Assembly)
