Inspected the unit and could hear the cooling fan making a humming noise while running And vibrating periodically. I was able to move the unit around slightly to prevent the sound from continuing. The unit is installed very tightly in the cabinet space. Advise the customer ideally if you want more space on the side and back to lower proper airflow for the unit cool. Ran multiple test cycles and found no defects with the unit.

Inspected unit and heard a loud grinding noise durning the cycle. Unit is in tight quarters. Pulled the unit out and removed the top panel and front panels and found two of the support wheels making a loud screeching sound. Pulled the drum and front bulkhead out and removed support wheels and support studs. Sanded down studs and support wheels and re-greased all support wheels. Used the shop vac and cleaned the inside of the unit from length and dust. Reassembled unit ran a test cycle and the unit is much quieter. All checks OK

Checked unit over found that the unit wasnt heating. Found that the wires were burnt off the bake element and grounded to the frame. Repaired wire and attached back on heating element. Unit still wouldnt heat. Wire grounding out which shorted out controls. Unit is 10-12 years old in the kitchen. Needs display control and main relay board.
