"Unit is 19 years old in kitchen. Customer states that the refrigerator water supply line split and flooded the kitchen. Unit has been running since then and is cooling properly. Compressor is drawing 1 amp. Well within specification. Condenser and evaporator fans are operating. Ice maker and dispenser operate correctly. Compressor area has no rust. Cover for the base and back are saturated with water and will need replaced. Condenser coil is dirty with dust/debris. Tech recommends replacing the base/back covers, and cleaning the condenser coils. Otherwise unit is in good shape. Base cover is no longer manufactured. It can be removed and this will not affect the function of the unit."

Inspected the unit and found the door bowed down and not releasing completely when the door release was activated. Attempted to make adjustments to the trim piece around the unit to keep it from rubbing against the door and also made adjustments to the door hinge to try to keep it aligned properly. Door still not opening correctly. Door is showing it is no longer available from the manufacture. Advised the customer of the information and recommended they replace the unit down the road.

"Inspected the unit and could hear a grinding noise during the spin cycle and the wash plate would just spin freely. Pulled the unit forward and inspected the underside and found grease around the gearcase, walls, and drain pump. Unit will likely need a tub job replacement and a second tech for repair. Unit is four years old and located in the laundry room. Submitting information to HBW. Spoke with Juliette and provided info. HBW to replace the unit."

Inspected the unit and found lint buildup on the inside of the dryer door. Made adjustments to the door as it seems to not be closing up properly. Ran a timed heated cycle and it ran for about 30 seconds and shut down while displaying a red light above the start button and displaying the clean lint filter light. Vent line for the apartment needs cleared by an HVAC company. The vent line is partially blocked and is causing the unit to shut down due to it over heating.

Inspected the unit and found an error code H1 on the freezer section. Reprogrammed the board and cleared the code. Temps in the freezer section reading at 8 degrees and 38 degrees in the fresh food section. All checks ok. If error code returns advised the customer to call back in and we will order the parts.
