Checked unit over found the unit was giving a chemical smell when heating up. Disassembled unit and checked for any debris in the unit. Removed lower cover and cleared out any buildup. Unit is clean with no buildup inside of it. It does look like there has been some sort of chemical spilled underneath the lower bake element. After testing unit for about 10 minutes unit would give a very bad chemical smell. Theres nothing to be done to remove this chemical smell. Unit has been self clean 45 times and still giving the same smell. A recommendation is to replace the unit.
