Customer states that the unit makes a buzz/hum sound and isnt drying. Nothing loose in machine causing buzz/hum. Noise is from the motor. Nothing in the blower housing causing noise and motor is tight. Ran unit to test for heat. Unit is heating as it should. High heat timed dry setting it cycles between 130-165. Well within specification. Moisture sensor is testing food. No lint build up in the machine. Vent is clear as far as tech can see. Advised customer to have the vent cleaned to help improve dry time. Unit needs motor/blower assembly. ; ordrng 1 Unknown (Motor) and 1 Unknown (Blower housing) and 1 Unknown (Blower wheel)
