Attempted to replace timer and found that we were not getting the proper voltage coming from the outlet box all of the time. Instructed customer to have the outlet box repaired to get proper voltage to the dryer and then we would assess the situation from there.

As the unit filled with water it started leaking out of the bottom tub where the transmission in the tub go together. Called and spoke with Tyler informed him that they would need a new tub and transmission and if this was not a repair that was worth doing. Hes going to replace the unit.
