The microwave needs to be installed about 2 inches further away from the wall or the cabinet needs to be 2 inches (less) deep. This is an installation issue. Advised the customer to contact the builder for repair."

Found a partial frost pattern on the back evaporator in the freezer section. Ran an amp draw on the unit and it pulled 5 A when the compressor started up but quickly dropped below .50 after a few seconds. Compressors activating and turning on without any issues and is warm to the touch. Called assurant and advise them of the issues. Assurant is placing the unit into replacement options and will contact the customer once approved.

"Inspected the unit and found the drain pump humming but not dumping water. Pulled unit forwards and removed one of the hose clamps and found the backfill valve had detergent and gunk buildup preventing it from opening. Provided information to customer about the drain pump possibly going out down the road and a possible leak coming from the cold water valve. Ran a test cycle and during the spin cycle could hear abnormal noise coming from the gearcase, this is an indicator that the gear case is starting to go out. Advise the customer if any other issues with the unit they should be looking at replacing the unit verse repair."
