Inspected unit and found the washer water level would rise very high. Also found one of the hoses to the drain pump had come off. This had caused the washer to hold water. Reconnected hose and tightened the clamp. Made sure it was no longer leaking. Customer was concerned about water level switch. Switch is no longer available.

"Inspected unit and found unit not turning on at all. Customer stated it had been making noise for about a month and then it made a loud pop and stopped working. Took unit apart and found one of the roller wheels completely worn down and rattling. Also found thermal fuse had popped and that was causing the unit not to come on. Replaced roller wheels and fuse. All checks ok. ; used 1 349241T (ROLLER KIT), and 1 3392519 (FUSE) from stock"

Unit shows error during preheat. Fan is running but very slow. Unit needs cooling fan assembly.
