Upon arrival there was a towel on top of the unit with a little bit of the towel stuck in the door, causing warm air to come into the freezer section. Allowing a lot of frost buildup inside the freezer and around the coils. which blocked airflow going into the fridge section. Customer will need to run the unit through a 24 hour defrost to ensure all ice has been removed and then plug in and use as normal."

Checked unit over found of the drain pump was making a grinding noise. Removed drain pump and cleared out plastic debris. Reinstall drain pump and shop vac drain line. When unit goes into drain it drains the water out of the drain line just fine but when it goes into the customers copper line it will not drain. Instructed customer to get extension on drain line cleared. Checks ok

Customer states that unit tumbles but wont heat. Voltage to the unit is correct. Heater and thermal fuses are good. Thermostat tests good. No loose or broken wires. Ran unit to test temperature. Unit is heating as it should. On high heat it cycles between 130-170. Well within specification. Temperature at the exterior match. Good airflow. Vent is clear and free of kinks. Unable to duplicate concern of no heat.

Customer states that the unit shows F3E1 error. This is a water level system fault. Unit is going into pump out because of this. The drain pump is very noisy. Nothing blocking the pump. Has voltage but wont run correctly. Checked for 5vdc at the pressure switch and not getting it. Nothing blocking the pressure hose. The control isnt sensing the water level unit needs control and drain pump. Due to the cost of the repair the customer does not wish to proceed.
