Informed customer that HE detergent should suds only a little if at all. Ran cycle with no detergent in it at all but unit still built up suds. Advised customer to run a couple tub clean cycles to help get rid of the detergent residue. Also advised to use less detergent. Unit did not leak at all during cycle test. All checks ok.

Inspected drain hose behind the unit and found it to be partially kinked/restricted from the installation. A new hole through the cabinet 5-6 inches closer to the wall will help put the hose in a better position. If the problem reoccurs after the drain has been moved the unit will a need drain pump. Customer states that unit is making a clicking noise from the upper left area. By the icemaker. Forced icemaker to cycle and her no abnormal noises. Turned ice box fan and damper motor on. No noise from those. Cycled icemaker again to test. And found noise from motor slipping. Replaced icemaker and ran to test. No more noise all OK.
