"Customer states that when coffee dispenses from the Keurig it pops and sounds like it will burst. Ran to verify and unit popped and water began to leak. Customer states this hasnt happened before. Removed display to inspect. Found the fill tube for the Keurig split. This is why it leaked water. GE has a service bulletin for this issue. The pressure relief valve is sticking and allowing pressure to build. This caused the hose to spilt. When hose split water got on the back of the user interface. Buttons are now shorting out. Inspected unit and found large amount of soap scum build up along the door boot. This can cause extra suds. Advised customer on tub clean cycle and cleaning products. Ran unit in spin only to test. Unit got to speed fine. Unit is level and suspension is tight. Called LG techline to get into diagnostics mode to check for errors. Could not access diagnostics with LG help. Unit may not be draining fully because of the excessive suds. Unit wont spin to full speed if it has a large amount of suds. Advised customer to run several tub clean cycles to clear debris.

Inspected the unit and found all checks were OK upon arrival. I did notice that the sink was backing up when unit was running through drain. Ran the garbage disposal for a while. Ran another test cycle. Sink is draining well. Explained to the customer that with their symptoms they're looking at a control board. But first I suggested to use a cleaning agent to make sure that everything in the system was running properly and not under any stress.
