"Unit is still freezing items in the lower fresh food section. Checked for error codes. Found fresh food evaporator sensor error, and abnormal defrost errors. Removed evaporator over and found the evap temp sensor out of place, a clogged defrost drain, and the evaporator fan blowing air in the wrong direction. Fan was replaced by another service company. The fan was installed upside down. This is causing everything to freeze in the lower half and is causing the ice maker issues. It isnt getting cool enough to make ice from improper air flow. Installed fan correctly, reinstalled temp sensor to evaporator, and cleared defrost drain. Advised customer to let unit run for 48 hours and monitor the temp."

"Customer states that unit isnt filling with hot water. They've checked/cleaned the supply screens. Very little debris. Ran diagnostics to check for error codes. Found F3E2 inlet thermistor error, and F2E1 stuck button error. Ran diagnostics cycle and forced hot and cold valves on. Both operate as they should. Resistance of sensor at the control is infinite. Inspected at sensor and it is corroded. This is why it wont fill with hot water. Unit defaults to cold. Unit needs water valve and harness. ; ordrng 1 W11220230 (Water valve) and 1 W11458657 (Harness)"

Upon arrival started a cycle to test airflow and the heating element. Both were good. Put unit into diagnostics and found an error code for a shorted or open exhaust thermistor as well as a line 2 voltage error. Found the voltage to the unit good.
