This kink allows water to reset then slowly drip out. Unit needs water line to dispenser and 90? elbow. Unit is sitting level. Doors will not line up. Adjusted as best as I could but wont line up. Freezer door is misaligned as well. No adjustment can be made to the freezer door. Dispenser door also has an indent in it. Inspected the unit and found the shipping brackets had not been removed from the unit per the installation instructions. The belt had come off the motor and gearcase because the motor shaft/guide for the belt had broke off. The damage to the unit is due to the shipping instructions not being followed and the brackets left attached to the unit and not allowing the unit to vibrate and release tension as the motor runs. The unit being run this way over time has caused damage to the motor. Damage is not covered under the warranty. Customer states that unit is making a loud hum and wont heat. Ran unit to test and it is only drawing 6 amps. Inspected magnetron and found magnets cracked. Unit needs magnetron. Magnetron has a 5 year manufacturer warranty. Samsung ticket number 4167764240; ordrng 1 DE91-70101F (Thermal fuse) and 1 OM75P-21-ESGN (Magnetron)

Unit is 16 years old in laundry room. Customer states that unit is shaking/walking regardless of load size. Ran spin only to test. Unit wouldnt spin and shows LE error. This is a locked rotor. Tub spins freely by hand. Inspected rotor and found a loose harness. Harness came loose from shaking. Secured harness and ran to test. Unit is quiet and spin but shakes a lot with no load. Suspension set is worn from age. Unit needs suspension set. ; ordrng 1 383EER3001G (Damper)

Inspected the unit and found that at some point water was forming on top of the fan in the freezer section causing the fan to be obstructed. Ran icemaker through a test cycle to try to manifest the leak. Could not get the water tube or icemaker to leak. Only two items that could cause water to form on top of the fan or the waterline and icemaker. Ordering parts; ordrng 1 241642534 (Ice maker) and 1 241796405 (Tube)
