Inspected the unit and found the timer during the spin cycle kept resetting to a longer time. On the spins I could hear loud grinding noise coming from the gear case. Unit needs a tub job and the main boards replaced. Unit is 12 years old located in the laundry room. Tech recommends to replace unit due to cost of repair and age of unit. "Upon arrival plugged newfi into unit. Found fault codes for lack of cooling due to the 3 way valve having issues. Attempted to change the 3 way valve through diagnostics and could not get it to start cooling properly.
