Customer states that unit is freezing items on the top shelf and water is leaking from the filter. Inspected water filter and found it leaking from improper fit. A piece of foam is keeping the filter from fully seating. Removed filter housing and foam. Reassembled and filter no longer leaks. Water leakage from the filter froze the damper open. This is why items are freezing. Replaced damper and verified correct operation. All ok. Advised customer on item placement to prevent freezing as well.

After speaking with customer, they stated the unit does not have enough line to pull it out. Unit would need to be put on a plug or wires extended to be able to have unit out. Customer stated they would put the fan in themselves when the unit is pulled out to extend the wires."
