"Customer states that unit wont tumble. Control comes on but nothing happens. Inspected unit and found belt broken. Idler is spinning free. Rollers are tight. Unit has a large amount of lint built up. Unit needs belt and maintenance. Cleared unit of lint, lubricated rollers, and installed belt. Ran to test. Unit heats and tumbles as it should. All ok ; used 1 6602-001655 (Belt) from stock"

"Both large burners wont regulate the temperature. Only heat to high. Burners and terminals are in good shape. Switches show signs of shorting out. This is why they wont regulate. Voltage to unit is correct. Bake and broil element test good. Temperature sensor is good. Unit needs both large burner switches. Installed new switches and ran to test. All burners operate as they should. All ok. ; used 2 316436001 (Infinite switch lg) from stock"

Customer states that unit is tripping the breaker. Was getting sparks from the back when it was plugged in. Inspected unit and found terminal block shorted to ground. This is why its tripping the breaker and sparked. Replaced terminal block and verified correct operation. All burners and elements operate as they should. Inspected the unit and found that the icemakers water line was frozen somewhere in the door. Helped the customer get everything out of the freezer section and take it to her other freezer so that the unit could go through a 24 hour defrost to ensure the line had been thawed out. All else checks OK

Explained to the customer that I have found that sometimes with these the thermal fuse will not regulate the heating element correctly. So we were in agreement to replace the fuse. Ran a test cycle. All checks ok; used 1 3977767 (THERMOSTAT) from stock
