Inspected the unit and found that the ice tray was jammed due to ice buildup inside the icemaker cavity. Noticed that the icemaker checked OK. But ice container was not sealed off. Sealed off ice container. Advise the customer to run the unit through a 48 hour defrost to ensure all ice has been removed from the ice bin and icemaker. And then after the 48 hours clean out all water residue. plug back in the fridge. And use as normal.
