Inspected the unit and found error codes for basket spin failure. Ran a test cycle and could hear a grinding noise coming from the gear case. Inspected the underside of the unit and found it leaking grease from the ball bearings. Attempted to remove the washplate and it stripped the nut attached to the gear case. While in diagnostic the control would not let me reset error codes or reprogram the unit. The unit is five years old will need a tub job. Second tech and additional labor required. Customer states that in spin the unit is very loud. Also makes a clunk noise in the beginning of the spin. The clunk noise is the shifter moving between spin and agitate. This is normal. Put unit into diagnostics mode. No error codes present. Forced unit into high speed spin. Unit has a lot of vibration noise. Back panel is vibrating. Tightened all screws on back panel. Ran unit and spun again. Still has a large amount of vibration through the cabinets causing the noise. Inner basket still has all of its fluid. Unit is level. Suspension does not have any excessive rebound. Unit is not hitting anything behind it that would cause an always. Suspension is weak and allowing in her basket to move more and then her basket may have leaked out some of its fluid.; ordrng 1 W11178227 (Basket assembly) and 1 W11400156 (Suspension set)

Customer states that right front burner had sparks shooting now the whole oven is off. Breaker is tripped and wont reset with unit plugged in. No signs of shorts to ground at control or power cord. Inspected burners and found right front burner wire loose and welded to frame. This is why it sparked and the breaker wont set. Removed wire from frame and repaired. Breaker holds and burners come on. Right front burner inner portion wont light and keeps hot indicator on. Burner is shorted. Unit needs burner and switch.
