Reinstalled unit under counter and ran test again. Unit operates as it should. Power cord connection at the back was most likely loose causing no power. All ok.

Inspected the unit and found a clogged drain line. Pulled unit out away from the wall. Disassembled the rear in order to reach the drain line. Made adjustments to the drain. Pushing it back against the wall. Removed all food and drawers from the freezer section. Removed icemaker and back evaporator cover. Steamed out all the ice from the ice tray. Poured hot water down the drain to remove the rest of the ice. All checks OK
