Inspected unit and found freezer not holding proper temperatures. Refrigerator was cooling properly. Took evaporator cover off of unit on the freezer side. Found evaporator fan not running. Also found a large crack extending across the back liner. Talked with customer about repairs. Customer declined repair due to age of the unit.
