Checked unit over found the unit had no error codes and was running and heating properly with no buildup of lint on the condenser. Spoke with whirlpool and ran unit through a reprogramming. Whirlpool said that if the unit does shut down again it does not restart itself then the customer will need a new drain pump. It is normal for the unit to occasionally shut down at the reservoir fills up with too much water should automatically restart. Checks OK

Display board is shorted causing issue. Inspected upper door and found left side hinge bent and causing door to drag. Unit needs hinges for upper oven and display PCB. Customer states that control went into power failure mode and is freezing items in the fresh food section. Home did not lose power or outlet. It did this several times on its own. Buttons would not operate when it went into failure mode. Customer unplugged and this helped for a bit. Unit needs control board. Items freezing are due to placement.
