Arrived and found that the unit had leaked water but it had leaked from the drain tube and soap suds were pouring out of the drain tube. Customer had just run a load with only one pot in it. I remove the clothes and ran multiple cycles filling and draining it and it did not leak customer does have a water softener. We believe that it is building up soap residue on the clothes and when she uses a pod with clothes it causes it to overflow and leak. Customer is going to run several tests for me to try and determine whats going on

Inspected the unit and found it full of water. Made several trips to remove all water with a shop vac. Tilted unit back. Removed drain pump. And found a baby sock stuck in the drain pump propellers. Removed sock. Reinstalled drain pump. Ran a test cycle. All checks okay
