Inspected the unit and found a failed icemaker. Icemaker will need replaced. And upgraded. And icebox will need sealed with sealant. On further inspection found that the back evaporator cover was icing up. Due to warm air coming in through the liner. The fridge also had an issue with a clogged drain line. Causing water to build up under the drawers in the fridge section. Provided an estimate to the customer in order to do the icemaker and icebox repair. To Remove all shelving and to thaw out and remove evaporator cover. Check for cracks in liner. And to do necessary repairs. Also to unclog drain line and to pull unit out to make necessary adjustments to drain lines to ensure smooth draining. Customer declined repair

Had customer start a load like she would normally run. Watched it fill agitate spin and rinse. Could not find any leaks. Informed customer if unit leaks again to try to get videos of it.
