Inspected unit and found the freezer handle had fallen off one end of the unit. Was able to get handle back on and tightened set screws. Also found no air circulating in the fresh food section. Checked unit over found the unit would trip the breaker when the oven and a few different burners were running. Disassembled the unit and checked all wiring and terminal block. Found a burnt spot on the terminal box. Repaired the burnt spot by replacing the screw. Double checked the remaining wiring harnesses and everything looked good. Unit would still trip the breaker in the oven and multiple burners were running. I informed the customer that they would need to contact an electrician to either replace the breaker or the outlet. The oven is working as designed. Checks OK

Machine is 6 years old. Customer states that machine wont spin out clothes and goes off balance. Checked control for error codes. Off balance errors are present. Ran spin test. Unit gets to speed but the belt slips in the beginning. Inspected transmission assembly and found it leaking oil. The oil has saturated the belt allowing it to slip under load. Machine needs transmission assembly and belt. Customer is going to shop around for a replacement due to cost.
