Made adjustments to the mullion and secured it, tightened loose set screws for the freezer handle and removed both freezer bins and adjusted the right rail. Door not sealing properly. Poor air flow into the fresh food section due to ice blockage on the back evaporator wall and air tunnel. Advised the customer to defrost the unit for 24 hours to allow better airflow.
