"Inspected unit and found two shipping bolts still attached to the back of the unit. Pulled the unit out and removed the top lid. Found one of the suspension springs had come off the casing. Reattached the spring and removed shipping bolts. Reprogrammed/re-calibrated the unit and ran a test cycle. Found no leaks or other issues, all checks OK"

Inspected the unit and ran through checks. Water valve checks OK spin and agitate checks OK. Search for error codes. No error codes were present. Re-calibrated the unit. Make sure the unit was level. Unit was in fact perfectly level. Noticed that the cold water at the wall was turned halfway off. So I opened the valve completely. Upon running a test cycle noticed there was a lot of condensation due to the hot water that was collecting on the lid and around it. Advised the customer use the cool setting or cold to extinguish the condensation. Plus opening the water valve to the cold I believe will help with that. All checks OK
