Inspected the unit and found the icemaker water line frozen. Thawed out all ice. Noticed that the water pressure to the unit was very low almost to a trickle. So every time the unit would call for water for the ice tray it would just trickle down and pile on top of the fan in the freezer section. Causing an ice pyramid on top of the fan. Preventing the fan from turning. Causing the fridge temperatures to rise. Removed all ice. Turned off icemaker. And advised customer to get a hold of a plumber to find out whats going on with the water pressure. Everything on the unit checks OK.

Inspected the unit and found that the fan blade had worked its way back to the motor. Preventing the fan from running. Pushed fan blade back in the place. Locked it in place. And also found that his drain line was clogged. Saw drain line out. Removed obstacle. All checks OK

Installed new infinite switches and verified correct operation. All ok. Found both convection fans locked up. This is why they wont run. Voltage is correct. Freed up fans and both are now running. Lower fan was hitting the convection element. Adjusted mount and its clear. Upper fan is noisy but runs. Machine needs upper convection motor. ; ordrng 1 DG96-00110E (Convection fan) and 1 DG96-00110B (Convection fan)
