Inspected unit and found water leaking from the water valve for the steam function. Customer stated they do not use the steam function and would rather not have the water line hooked to it. Hooked single water line from the washer to the valve and took water line off of the dryer. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found dryer not heating at all. Checked voltage and found it reading properly. Upon removing the front panel of the unit I found it heavily built up with lint. Vacuumed out lint. Tested heating element and it read open. Called landlord with quote. Landlord approved quote. Also advised to have a company come and clean out the vents. Replaced heating element. All checks ok. ; used 1 3387747 (ELEMENT) from stock
