"Customer states that unit still leaks from the left side. They noticed moisture at the top corner when the wash arm moves. Left side appears to not be sealing well. No visible damage to the gasket. No signs of damage to the tub. Door does not appear warped but may be. Replaced door gasket and ran to test. Unit still leaks from the upper left side. Door is not warped. Leak is right near the welded seam of the tub. Called LG tech and per his suggestion we should replace upper, and middle rails. "Customer states that unit is making a buzz sound intermittently. Also having issues with water leaks from the dispenser and light issues. Water is coming from the ice maker. From the recording the customer has it sounds like a fan hitting ice. Forced ice room fan on in test mode. It is running and quiet. Air handler housing had some ice around the fan. Cleared ice. This is where the noise is coming from. The ice maker isnt sensing the temp correctly to maintain and allows ice to melt and cause leaking. Left side light switch is intermittently sticking closed. Unit needs ice maker and light switch. Installed ice maker and verified operation. ; ordrng 1 241835505 (Switch light), used 1 243297613 (ICE MAKER) from stock"

Inspected the unit and found the cavity liner damaged along the ceiling and back wall. Customer was microwaving two potatoes when they caught on fire and damage the inside of the unit. See photos attached. Unit would not power on or respond.
