All fans and compressor are running as they should. No abnormal noises. Found some ice buildup around the fan but nothing blocking fan from moving. Cleared ice from fan. Installed new icemaker fill tube and insulated around fill tube. Icemaker fill tube was likely leaking past allowing water to get to the fan and lock up the fan. Inspected the unit and found that the drain pump checks OK. The control board checks OK. Lid lock checks OK. Water valves check OK. Agitate checks OK. Spin checks OK. I asked the customer how much detergent she was using she said one whole cap full. I advised that she go to 2 tablespoons no matter what size load because her float sensor was probably getting tripped. All checks OK
