Inspected the unit and found a wiring harness touching against the convection fan and once the fan turned on the unit would trip the breaker. Repaired harness and ran a test cycle. All checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found the element had failed and exploded and caused sediment to disperse throughout the unit and caused damage to the drain pump wash motor and filters. Found slight warping on the tub on the left side. Unit is eight years old. Not a recommended repair. Called landlord and provided recommendation to replace the unit as we did not believe the unit is repairable to the amount of sediment throughout the unit and in the motor and other sections.

Installed parts listed, all checked good

Inspected the unit and found the vent line completely blocked and moisture building up in the line. Found birds in the attic access and they may have possibly blocked the line. Recommended an hvac or vent company to inspect the line.

Inspected the unit and found excess ice buildup in the freezer section and poor airflow over to the fresh food section. Unit is 18 years old. Could hear the compressor kicking on and off due to overheating. Advised the customer to defrost the unit for 24 hours With the doors open. Advised the customer on potential future issues.
