Inspected the unit and found what sounded like change rolling around in the drum. Removed agitator. Found two dimes under the agitator. Ran another test cycle. Noise is gone. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a failed communication between the UI and control. Ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 5304534719 (Pc board) and 1 5304534729 (Control) and 1 5304529016 (Ui harness) and 1 5304534727 (Harness) and 1 5304526496 (Harness) and 1 5304534728 (Harness) and 1 5304529020 (Harness) and 1 5304533906 (Harness)

Inspected the unit and found an error code for a power outage. Tested heating element. Element and surrounding electrical components checked ok. Did notice that I was not getting correct voltage from the outlet. And while I was standing there the outlet had a surge of electricity that caused it to spark. Advised that the customer get the outlet inspected by an electrician. Unit itself checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a failed lid lock. Replaced with truck stock. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK ; used 1 WH08X32657 (LID LOCK) from stock

Installed part. All checks ok
