Inspected the unit and found the door gaskets misaligned and the float switch stuck in the down position. Made adjustments to both checked under the unit and found no leaks. Ran 2 test cycles and found no other leaks.

Inspected the unit and found ice buildup in the freezer section and not allowing proper airflow to the rest of the unit. Advised the customer to defrost the unit for 48 hours to allow it to properly defrost. Rest the defrost cycle to a basic 8 hours. All checks ok.

Inspected the unit and the display wouldnt respond. Reprogrammed the board and ran a test cycle. Unit functioning properly now. All checks ok.
