Advised this is normal for this model and that the manufacturer does not have the insulation pad on this unit.

"Inspected the unit and found the drain line for the freezer evaporator overfilling the drain and running out the bottom of the freezer. Made adjust to the control and freezer door. The drain line is frozen over and causing ice build up in the freezer section. Warmer temps in the fresh food section. unit is 10+ years old and in the kitchen. Advised the customer to defrost the unit, with the doors open, for 24 hours minimum to allow the drain line and ice to clear."

It was very thorough and all work was done carefully and patiently. I received a lot of detailed explanation as well, which I really appreciated. Thank you!
The issue of the dishwasher not starting till remains. But, I am able to figure it out how to start it after several tries. I think I am holding the START button too long, which is causing it to do an early END of the wash. I will try it tonight and hoping this is the main reason for it not starting.
