"Inspected the unit and ran a test cycle with no added detergent and smart dispense off. About 7 minutes into the cycle there was an excessive amount of suds inside the tub. The suds buildup is causing the pressure sensor to think the unit is filled with water and run through a drain cycle and not spin out the clothes. The unit filled with water, washed, spun, and drained without any issues. Ran a drain and spin cycle and there were still a large amount of suds inside the tube. Advised the customer of the issue and that they need to use the less detergent option button or add detergent by hand, no more than 2 tbs. Advised the customer that the unit would need to be cleared of all the suds and that it was not covered under warranty. Provided estimate for clean out and the customer declined. All other checks ok."
