Inspected the unit and found ice buildup on the fresh food evaporator preventing the door of the deli drawer from closing. Used door switches. The unit was on a smart defrost cycle. Placed the unit on a standard basic eight hour defrost cycle and advised the customer to defrost the unit (unplug and leave the doors open) for at least 48 hours to allow them to completely defrost. Upon arrival put into diagnostics. Did a harvest and bail arm test. Both passed. Also checked ice maker defrost thermostat. I tried to do a water fill test but it did not fill the ice tray. When I took the ice maker out I found the fill tube completely frozen over. Defrosted fill tube. Tested all the ice maker sensors and the ice maker evaporator fan.
