Customer states that unit has only made a few trays of ice but they wont stay frozen. Ice maker has an E5 error. Cycle times out. No sensors showing open or shorted. Ice maker fan comes on with no issues. No cooling complaints. Temps in freezer are right around zero degrees. Replaced ice maker under part warranty. Customer to monitor.

Inspected the unit and found the dryer stacked on top of the washer and in a closet size section of the laundry room. Found damage to the left side of the casing and to the front panel on display. The damage is caused by excessive shaking and vibration from the washer and causing the unit to hit the side of the wall and damage the casing and panel. The excessive shaking from the washer was due to the shipping bolts left in the back of the unit. Damage to the dryer is not normal wear and tear and not covered underneath LG warranty. Photos taken of damage and sent to the customer.

"Inspected the unit and found water sitting at the bottom of the tub. Ran a tests cycle and the unit activated the drain pump but the unit did not drain. Inspected the drain line and found the garbage disposal plug still in use, removed the line and knocked out the plug. Reattached the line and ran a test cycle, the unit drained and filled with water and washed. All checks ok."
