Inspected unit and found drain pump not kicking on at all. I found 3 large corroded metal pieces in the drain line. Took it out and attempted again to drain the washer. Was unable to drain. Informed customer that the metal pieces were a part of the washer that was corroding. Advised her not to repair unit because it could have further issues due to this corrosion. Customer still wanted to repair. Ordering drain pump. ; ordrng 1 WH23X10030 (Drain pump)

Check unit over found the unit did not have any gas leaks. Customer had been running the unit for three or four hours both the cooktop and the oven without running their vent at all and it caused the carbon monoxide detector to go off. Instructed customers as they need to be sure to run their vent no matter what they are cooking to help avoid this. Replaced bake ignitor checks OK
