Customer states the unit is making a grinding/rattling noise from the rear. Inspected unit and found noise coming from the evaporator fan area. Evaporator fan has excess frost buildup around it causing noise. Frost is entering the unit through the back wall. The back wall of the refrigerator has a gap between the cabinet and the back panel. This is allowing outside air in bringing in moisture which then flash freezes around the evaporator then causes noise. No repair is possible. Issue is with the cabinet. Called Electrolux and spoke with Eric. Gave diagnosis and obtained claim number. Sending in photos of damage to Electrolux helpline. File number 85148259
