Found evaporator not heavily frosted up but found large block of ice covering the drain line. Ice had grown so large that it was affecting the airflow of the unit causing some areas to not freeze properly. Defrosted drain line and made sure it was draining properly. Informed customer they must defrost unit for at least 48 hours to allow everything to thaw. All checks ok.

Customer states that unit stopped making ice about a week ago. Inspected unit and found icemaker with a small leak near the front. Forced icemaker to cycle and it would not cycle. Ice maker is getting correct voltage to it. Replaced ice maker and cycled. Ice maker cycles as it should. All ok.
