"Inspected the unit and found water on the bottom of the freezer section. The water is coming from the back wall by the drain line and drain pan. The drain pan was frozen over. Temps in the freezer section for an average of 0?. Ran a test cycle on the icemaker as the customer stated it does not make ice, The icemaker harvested, returned to the home position, and filled with water. Icemaker functioning properly, with no leaks. Found the drain line completely clogged. Removed drain line and found duckbill inside the drain line to be clogged. Made adjustments to the duckbill to allow it to properly drain. The remaining drain line is still completely frozen over. I advised the customer they will need to defrost the unit by unplugging it or turning off the breaker for at least 48 hours with the freezer door open to allow the drain line to completely defrost."

Inspected the unit and while manually spinning the inner basket you can hear a clicking and grinding noise coming from underneath the unit. Inspected the underside of the unit and found the sound is coming from the gearcase area above the rotor. Attempted to remove the nut on the rotor and the nut was completely stripped. Attempted to remove the wash plate and remove the inner basket and we could not dislodge the bolt. The unit will need a new tub job with a gearcase and stater and router. "Customer states that unit wont spin and makes an odd noise now. Checked unit for error codes. F0E5 off balance, F5E1 lid switch codes present. Tub has some play around the drive hub. Tub is slipping on drive hub. This is why it wont spin and makes noise. Gearcase has lots of end play. This end play allowed the hub to wear and slip.
