Inspected unit and first thing I noticed was the quick wash cycle only said nine minutes which is not correct as it is very short. When I started the dishwasher the water valve came on but would not shut off. When I opened the door the tub was overfilled. This caused water to leak under the floor and in the bottom and touch the leak sensor. Leak sensor activated drain pump properly and drain water out. Called Joe with estimate for control board and pressure sensor. He denied repairs.

Burning smell noticed from customer can originate from the drain pump activating the flood safety control, in which the drain pump runs for 8-12 mins continuously. This will cause the pump to produce a burning like smell. Advised the customer to only use 1 tablespoon or less per cycle for powdered detergent and 2 tablespoons for liquid, also advised them to use cleaning tablets on a regular basis. All checks ok."
