"Tenant states that unit isnt spinning out. Clothes are soaking wet at end of cycle. Checked unit for errors and found out of balance, and door lock errors. Out of balance will keep the unit from spinning out. Ran to test in spin. Unit is spinning fine. Tenant is overloading unit and not using proper cycle. History shows quick wash, and several out of balance errors. Tenant needs to use proper cycle and cut down on load size. Door lock functions fine in test mode. Advised on cycle selection and load size."

Customer states that unit isnt fully drying clothes in automatic settings. Ran unit to test and it is heating as it should. Inspected unit and found buildup of fabric softener on moisture sensor. Cleaned sensor and advised customer on use of dryer sheets. Customer to run and monitor unit. All OK. Please mail out receipt.

Customer states unit is leaking from underneath and buckling floors. Unit is leaking from the motor/pump seal. Hard water and rust has worn the seal. Unit needs wash motor and o-rings. Customer to think on repair and will call in if they wish to repair.

No debris causing blockage, drain hose is clear. Motor has proper voltage to it but wont move water. Replaced pump and ran to test. All ok. ; used 1 W10348269 (Drain pump) from stock"
