"Customer states that drain pump is running constantly and control wont work. Pump is on because unit is in a fail safe pump out. This will keep control from operating until pump out is done. Checked unit for errors. F0E5 off balance, F0E2 over temp in rinse error present. Unit isnt level. This can cause off balance issues. Hot/cold are hooked up correctly. None of these errors will cause a pump out condition. Leveled unit and calibrated. Unit ran through calibration and test with no issues. No excessive movement now that unit is level. Error codes that where present will not cause a pump out. Ran rinse and spin cycle to test. Unit started the cycle with no issues and advanced as it should. Possible control shorted causing pump out."

Checked unit over found that the unit had error codes for unbalanced load and soap suds error. Unit wasnt level. Leveled unit. Cleared error codes and reset and reprogrammed control. Ran through spin cycle. Unit spun up to high spin and drained with no issues. Tested suspension rods.no issues. Instructed customer husband on not using too much detergent and loading correctly. Please let me know if this has more issues.
