Removed evaporator cover to inspect the frost pattern. Unit has frost/ice build up on the upper right side only. No frost across the rest. Unit has a restriction/leak. This is why the unit wont cool. "Customer complaint was that the unit was leaking water and that the detergent dispenser attached to the agitator had come off. Made adjustments to the dispenser and adjusted agitator. Agitator now functioning properly. Filled the unit completely with water and ran a test cycle, the unit filled, agitated, drained, and spun to a high speed cycled without any issues or leaks. Inspected the underside of the unit and found no leaks from the drain lines or the inlet water valves or lines. During the drain cycle you could hear water backing up at the drain line in the wall. Advised the customer they will need have a plumber come out and check the line. Contacted AHS (jasmaine)and advised them the customer will need a plumber. AHS said the customer has to call back in. All other checks ok."

Told him to have the unit on heavy or normal with high temp, sanitize, and heat dry options all on. All checks ok."

"Inspected unit and upon arrival customer told me that it was leaking out of the front by the door boot. Leaking enough to get all over the floor and in the pedestal drawer. Water valves were turned off and unit was unplugged. Plugged in unit, turned on water valves, and started up unit on a speed wash cycle. Took top panel off as well as back panel. Cannot find any leaks anywhere. All checks OK."
