Agitator now functioning properly. Filled the unit completely with water and ran a test cycle, the unit filled, agitated, drained, and spun to a high speed cycled without any issues or leaks. Inspected the underside of the unit and found no leaks from the drain lines or the inlet water valves or lines. During the drain cycle you could hear water backing up at the drain line in the wall. Advised the customer they will need have a plumber come out and check the line. Contacted AHS (jasmaine)and advised them the customer will need a plumber. AHS said the customer has to call back in. Inspected unit and found water running to the unit not dispensing into the tub area. Found corrosion and what appears to be water damage and corrosion to the drain pump and wash motor. Ran a test cycle and unit drained the water and started making a beeping sound when it got to the fill cycle. The panel would not let me cancel out any cycle without powering the unit off. The unit is 6 years old and located in the kitchen. Ordering parts. Inspected unit and found the driver nut that connects to the motor that the belt wraps around had corroded off. Due to this the belt was unable to connect to the motor to turn the drum.
